Soulful Christmas Concert – December 14, 2009
A Soulful Christmas celebration at Fasching Jazz Club on Monday, December 14, 18.00 for dinner and 20.00 for the performances. ACS member Brian Hobbs hosts us at this celebration which includes:
Starters & Dinner:
- A cup of glögg with almonds and raisins upon arrival, or a glass of sparkling wine.
Gravlax cocktail w honey- & mustard dressing Grilled tenderloin steak with potato gratin and red wine sauce (alternative dishes are available for vegetarians or for those who prefer fish – please notify us at registration)* there could be slight changes in the menu.
** for wine or other drinks with dinner there will be an additional charge. Dessert not included.
Performances:
Artists include vocalists Andreas Aleman and Sofia Loell. The band will feature many of the top musicians in Sweden who have played with Nils Landgren, Veronika Maggio, Robyn and many others.

Historical walking tour of the Old Town guided by authorized Stockholm Guide Lena Dworén. Those who want to start with a Sunday brunch together will meet at Grill Ruby in Gamla Stan (NOTE: this is changed from earlier notices that it would be at the Hilton, Slussen) at 12:00. And those who choose to may finish with afternoon coffee/tea at Stortorget. The walking tour, starting at 13:30 from Grill Ruby, is free of charge but participants pay for their own food and drink. Please register, indicating whether you will be attending brunch, the walking tour and/or afternoon tea, by e-mailing us at events@amclubsweden.org no later than 12 October 16 October (extended deadline).
