Meet the horses – Beridna Högvakten – November 2nd, 2008
Meet the horses!!!
Come see the horses of the Life Guard (Livgardet) and learn about the history of this renowned unit of the Swedish military, as well as the horses which participate regularly in military and royal parades in Stockholm.
One Sunday a month, the stables at the barracks are open to the public. The open house includes a lecture (in Swedish) about the horses and their history, followed by a tour of the stables themselves.
