Orienteering Outing – All Ages Welcome! November 18
Join us at Hellasgården for a beginner-friendly lesson from orienteering experts Sarah-Jane and Nick Barrable, followed by practicing our skills and exploring the area.
We’ll meet at the OK Ravinen orienteering club stuga, and they will provide the supplies we need. Sarah-Jane and Nick have been orienteering for over 15 years and have experience competing at the international level and coaching in Sweden. They moved to Stockhom from the UK in part to pursue their passion for orienteering in a lovely environment. They are already sharing their love of the sport with their 9 month old daughter, so this is guaranteed to be a family-friendly event!

Rethinking Europe: Ukraine, November 3
Ukrainska Institutet i Sverige invites American Club of Sweden members to join for the music festival Rethinking Europe: Ukraine II on November 3rd. The evening includes a documentary screening and discussion, followed by a concert showcasing Ukraine’s rich musical heritage.
